Locating the Version, MAC Address & Hardware Key Code on the NEC SL2100 or SL1100

The software firmware version, MAC address and hardware key code are important pieces of information. This Tech Tip demonstrates how they can be easily located using any phone.

1. Go to any phone press the Menu soft key

2. Dial 93 on the phone’s key pad

3. Press the Select soft key

4. The firmware version (Version), MAC address (MAC), and hardware key code (HKEY) will display for 5 seconds.

To view the information again, press the Select soft key again
