Please follow the below steps to have the unit "Factory Reset":

1. Unplug the "data network cable" from VCS754 transformer 2. Unplug power adapter from VCS754 and wait for 2 minutes 3. Re-plug the power adapter to power up VCS754 with only the power cable,

    No connection of "data network cable"

4. Unit will skip upgrade or provisioning without the "data network cable" and boot to idle screen 5. Need to complete below steps within 20 minutes

    a.  Press the MENU button

    b.  Then press the keys:  0 6 #

    c.  Scroll to "Factory default" in the programmers menu

    d.  Press "SELECT"

6.  VCS754 will reboot
