Snom M58 DECT Deskphone – Quick Start Guide

This guide covers the most common call functions for your Snom M58 deskphone provided by Midwest Technology.

📞 Making a Call

1. Option 1- Simply enter the number and press the Dial Softkey under the display.
2. Option 2- Pick up the handset, enter the number and press the Dial Softkey under the display.
3. Option 3. Press the Speaker key and enter the number, then press the Dial Softkey under the display.

📥 Receiving a Call

• When the phone rings, pick up the handset, press the speaker key or press the Answer Softkey under the display..

🔚 Ending a Call

• Hang up the handset, press the speaker button or press the End Softkey.

⏸️ Putting a Call on Hold

• During a call, press the Hold softkey.
• The call will be paused.

▶️ Resuming a Held Call

• Press the flashing red line button

Making a Page

- Dial your overhead page extension and when you hear a beep begin your page

📬 Checking Voicemail

• Press the Voicemail Key key or dial 5001.
• Follow the prompts to access your voicemail.
