When you receive your welcome email from your CloudTalk phone system it will show your Login ID and Extension number.

After you click on complete setup you will be asked to enter a new password and voicemail pin.

The login information on your email will be your username if you wish to use your mobile app, desktop app or user portal and your password 

Will be the new password you enter on your welcome email.
