To turn Auto Retrieve calls on or off on your Allworx telephone:

• Press the Config Soft-Key under the lower left side of your telephone display
• Press the down arrow 1-time to Preferences
• Press the Checkmark button
• Press the down arrow until you see Auto Retrieve Calls
• Press the Checkmark button
• Press the up or down buttons to Enable or Disabled(Enabled-when you put a call on hold and pick the handset up it will automatically pick up the line that you put on hold. Disabled- when you put a call on hold and pick the handset up you will have to manually select the line that was put on hold.
• Once you have highlighted your selection press the Checkmark button
• Press the Exit Soft-Key
• Press the Exit Soft-Key again
• Pres the Yes Soft-Key to save to the phone's flash memory
