To Change your Auto Attendant Greeting on Allworx 7.5 & Later SW
 
If your system has 4-Digit Extensions(ie:1101) Dial 6+1199 for the Administrators Mailbox
If your system has 3-Digit Extensions(ie:101) Dial 6+199
Enter the Admin Password (Contact System Admin if unknown)
Once you are in the Mailbox Press 9
Press 1 to Manage Auto Attendants
Enter the number of the Auto Attendant to manage (0 through 9)
Press 1 to Manage Greetings
Enter the number of the Greeting that you wish to manage 0 for Open Greeting and 1 for Closed Greeting
Press # when complete
When complete you will have the following options:
To Save the Greeting Press 1
To Change the Greeting Press 2
To Review the Greeting Press 3
To Delete the Greeting Press 4

Your Greeting should now be recorded.
