How to change the Call History size of your Allworx phone:

• Press the Config Soft-Key located under the lower left corner of your telephone display
• Press the down arrow 1-time to Preferences
• Press the Checkmark button
• Press the down arrow 1-time to Call History Size
• Press the Checkmark button
• 99 numbers is the default setting, you can enter any number from 00-99
• Press the Checkmark button
• Press the Exit Soft-Key
• Press the Exit Soft-Key again
• Press the Yes Soft-Key to save to the telephones flash memmory

You have now changed the number of calls that will be saved to your call history list
