How do I change the greeting on my company's Allworx Auto Attendant on an Allworx prior to 7.5 Software?

Dial the number of the Auto Attendant that you wish to change the greeting for(431-439 or *431-439)

When the Greeting begins to play press #9

After the beep enter 23646# (admin spelled out on your telephone keypad)

To manage your greetings press 1

Enter the number of the greeting you wish to manage

Greeting 0 is the Business Open Greeting and Greeting 1 is the Business Closed Greeting

Press 2 and begin recording at the beep

Press # when complete

You can now press 3 to review, 2 to change or 1 to save your greeting

Your greeting in now set up. You can follow these steps for all Auto Attendants
