How do I reset a voicemail password on the Nortel voicemail system?
- With the Handset down press Feature 983
- Ehter the Password of 0000 or 1111 or 1234 (Depends on Voicemail Software release)
- Press MBOX
- Press Change
- Enter the mailbox extension
- The first option is to reset the password
- Press Reset and the mailbox password will be reset to 0000
- Press *
- Press Release
