How do I make another phone ring when my phone rings?
To make another phone ring simultaneously when your phone rings:
- Dial *81
- Screen will display Ring Group
- Press the Checkmark button to Add another phone
- Enter the Extension number of the other phone you would like to ring when yours phone rings
- Press the Checkmark button to save
- You may add other Extensions to ring or you may press your left or right arrow until you see exit to get out of the phone programming mode
