How do I save the correct Allworx Music On-Hold Upload File type
GoldWave
1.Start GoldWave
2.Open the file
3.Select "file" and choose "Save as.."
4. In the Dropdown box"Save File as Type" Choose " Raw"(.snd)
5.In the lower left hand side click on the "Attributes" link in blue
On the attributes page:
- Encoding: "u-Law"
- Channel: "1"
- Sample Rate: "8000"
- Skip Bytes: "0"
Click Ok
